From our Commander
In
the fall of the year, one naturally thinks
about how the year has gone and what has
ripened to harvest. During this past year we
have
added members both senior and cadet, we have
served in several exercises and missions,
earning kudos and thanks every time. We have
trained and advanced In our chosen
specialties. I am very grateful for the
support and dedication of all of our
members. It makes me proud to be your
commander.
Squadron's Information
The Victoria
Composite Squadron
meets in Building 381 on Hangar Drive at the
Victoria Regional Airport ( KVCT )
Senior members meet on the
1st & 3rd Tuesday of the month, at 6:00 pm.
Cadets meet every Monday, at
6:00 pm.
The unit commander is Major

The squadron's Chain of
command is as follows
Group V - Immediate higher headquarters
and part of Texas Wing, it supervises an
area roughly from the Amistad dam to San
Antonio, Victoria and all points south.
Texas Wing - Major command that commands
all CAP units in the State of Texas.
Southwest Region - One of eight
oversight commands. SWR has responsibility
over Arizona, Arkansas, Louisiana, New
Mexico, Oklahoma and Texas Wings.
National Headquarters - The highest
level of command in the Civil Air Patrol
